Established in the Mainland, Tianshui Huayuan Company is wholly owned by Hong Kong CHINANN Group. It is a member of China Association of Pharmacy Equipment (CAPE) as well as of China Association of Medical Equipment Engineering. It is also appointed a member of the trade standard drafting team.

Incorporated in May 2001, The enterprise now possesses 8 national patent licenses with independent intellectual property, all developed independently, and over 20 patents.

Under application. The company is mainly engaged in R & D, manufacture, and operating activities involving traditional Chinese pill making equipment series, microwave extracting equipment series, microwave drying & sterilizing machine series, traditional Chinese medicine packaging machine series, and medical sterilizing cabinet series.
