Main Application:
This machine is mainly oriented to the covering-powder antisticking process of bolus materials in the pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries

Operating principles:
Dried-powder materials are put into the hopper, which is installed with vibrating device. There are cam-shaped bumpers in stalling on the rotor of powder sprayer. Powdery materials in the vibrating hopper equably fall into the revolving rotor under the influence of quiver. Medicinal pills made from making-pill machine are sent into the rotor of powder sprayer, and then they are wrapped and coated with powdery materials due to the forward rolling of rotor auger. Moreover, these viscous pill-shape materials cannot adhere to each other and then they come to the next working procedure successfully. This machine is fit to work with Model 180 pill-making machine and elevator.

Structural features:
This machine has a neat and beautiful appearance. Besides its exterior, the places where it touches with materials are all made of stainless steel. It completely meets the requirement of the GMP standard.
