Main Application:
This machine is specially designed for the pharmaceutical factories to sieve pills and granules, and it has the advantage of sieving dry-wet pills, pellet or granulated materials.

Structural features:
It adopts three steps of screen meshes with various widths to form rotor. Medicinal pills are rolled spirally inside the cylinder and fall into the feed bin through meshes with different widths to process sieving. It features simple structure, easy operation and low noise. The outside of the cylinder is equipped with visible protection device, which makes the whole machine become a closed structure. Inside the machine, the places where it touches with materials are all made of stainless steel and press roller is made of white nontoxic rubber. There is no blind corner on the working surface and thus it is easy to clean and has a neat look. It accords with the requirements of GMP standard. It can either be operated solely or be accompanied with making-pill machine or elevator.
