Main Application:

The full-automatic suppositories production unit utilizes PLC for comprehensive control and relies on a pneumatic mode for power. This equipment, integrating advanced foreign technology with domestic realities, boasts a novel design and user-friendly operation. It stands as a highly efficient and stable automatic suppository production unit, leading in domestic technical content. During development, we prioritize user convenience, ensuring adjustable and precise operations. It can mold various shapes and specifications of suppositories using different packaging materials (PVC, PE, PVC/AL/PE Compound film), and effectively eliminates defective products.

Working Principle:
The rolled plastic sheet material (PVC or PVC/PE) is positively pressed and blown into shape, then automatically enters the filling procedure. The drug fluid is evenly stirred and precisely dosed through a high-precision pump into multiple segments. It solidifies through multiple cryo-stereotypia stages, transitioning from fluid to solid. Finally, the suppositories undergo forming, sealing, batch numbering, and shearing to become the end product.

Instruction and description
1) Operating principle
1.1)finalize the design:
Use PVC/PE suppositories through clamp structure and pass into -->air filling mould-->membrane making shape. Triangle knife side cut,dotted line cutting,shearing numbers.
1.2)filling part:
The film material (PVC/PE) of the film release tray enters the forming area through the servo transmission and servo clamping mechanism, and passes through the pre/heating mold -> forming mold -> blowing mold -> blowing film forming.
The material PVC/PE (height 58-65mm, thickness 0.13-0.20mm, the outer diameter of the sheet pan is 180-220mm, and the inner diameter is 70-85mm) is put into the film release plate through the film release plate and the tightening mechanism is shown in Figure 3. When the two printed sheets are placed on the film tray, the film enters symmetrically through the direction of the film roller, and the PE film layer is the adhesive layer. 1.3) cooling part
The filled plug shells are continuously conveyed in an S-shaped serpentine through the film feeding wheel (Fig. 11) and continuously enter the cooling tunnel (Fig. 12). The cooling tunnel is divided into an S-shaped cooling channel, with one temperature control point, two-stage cooling, and the cooling method is water-cooled, so that the cooling method is convenient to adjust the cooling temperature suitable for the characteristics of the medicine according to the characteristics of the medicine, so as to achieve a smooth tail without burrs Effect. The transmission mode of cooling plate is synchronous pulley motor transmission (Fig. 13), the transmission speed is adjusted in the touch screen, and there is a photoelectric induction stop at the transition to prevent the bolt shell from breaking. During the conveying process, the shell of the charging part is not in contact with any part, so that the surface of the formed plug shell will not be scratched or bruised. The cooled and solidified suppository enters the sealing, shearing and coding station (Figure 14).
1.4)Seal and print code part:
This station consists of servo film feeding device (Fig. 15), heating batch number device (Fig. 16), triangle dotted line device (Fig. 17), driven film feeding device (Fig. 18), film feeding device before cutting (Fig. 19), It consists of an upper trimming device, a shearing device (Figure 20), and a waste collection device (a vacuum cleaner device can be added for collection).
The cooled plug shell enters the servo film feeding device through the transition wheel, enters the heating mold, and then enters the batch number mold for coding (the batch number code can be combined according to different requirements, and it is convenient to change). The coded plug shells continuously enter the triangular dotted line device for lower edge trimming and cutting in the middle of the medicine grains, so that each grain is easily torn apart, and the cut waste falls into the lower waste slot. After this process is completed, it enters the driven film feeding device (the servo film feeding device can be adjusted by the parameters in the touch screen, and the position of the word code can be moved) through the transition wheel to enter the upper trimming device to carry out the upper trimming and shaping, and the waste enters the lower waste through the feeding device. groove. The trimmed shell enters the film feeding device before shearing (through the servo drive, the transmission position is accurate, the position is precise and controllable, and the continuous fixed-point positioning requirement is realized through the setting in the touch screen), so as to control the shearing device to achieve the number of sheared particles required by the customer , the number of grains can be arbitrarily cut according to user needs (such as 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10).
