Key components include an electric-heating pre-heated oven, microwave heater, microwave suppresser, blower, dehumidifier monitoring system, mechanical drive mechanism, and advanced PLC automatic control. The modular design of the microwave heater, comprising several heating box units, ensures effortless cleaning, installation, disassembly, inspection, and repair.

Characteristics:

The magnetron, manufactured by Japan's Panasonic Company, offers both water and air cooling options, ensuring easy maintenance and minimal failure rates. Each heating box unit features multiple microwave feed entrances designed to minimize mutual interference. The microwave signal generator comprises several independent power control circuits, allowing each magnetron to operate independently via an overload current safeguard, tailored to client needs. A microwave suppresser at the entrance ensures compliance with national safety standards. The closely-woven conveying belt, equipped with a guide rail, guarantees safety, nontoxicity, and stable operation, with speed adjustments controlled by a precision transducer from Japan's Panasonic Company.
