Working Principle:
The rolled plastic sheet material (PVC or PVC/PE) undergoes positive pressure to blow and shape into a mold, automatically entering the filling procedure. The drug fluid is evenly stirred and precisely dosed through a high-precision pump, then segmented into multi-strip iso-segments. It solidifies through repeated cryo-stereotyping, transforming from fluid to solid. Finally, the suppositories are completed through forming, sealing, batch numbering, and shearing processes.
