1. Drawing Picture
This machine had installed PLC control system and transducer makes control and operation more easy and convenient.
The complete exhaust circle and system is within the automatic and manual control unit can make sure steam and inside cooling water running smooth, improving the processing effective sharply.
The machine will be inspected by manufacturer before shipping. The tunnel microwave drying machine will be disconnected when the machine had been inspected pass from manufacturer inspection department. Then each unit will be packed using wooden case listed name and series number that can make sure the installation at user site smoothly.

The tunnel microwave drying system is a multiple microwave generators combination heating block that contains microwave generator, voltage transformer, microwave suppressor, mechanical transmission, and exhaust, cooling circle, automatic control system, support and chamber.
The material of machine is suitable for GMP standard, e.g. chamber (Steel stainless 304), cover (Steel stainless 304), door belt conveyor (Medical class PTFE) and feeder (Steel stainless 304), and adopt module design, clean easily and operation convenient. Microwave generators combination heating block that be made up by several heating chambers that has high advantages make power control flexible, operation convenient and easy, the microwave generator use Panasonic or Samsung brand that has low failure rate
5.Installation and after sale service term
Seller will be responsible for supplying detailed and complete operation instruction (in English) and installation instruction (in English) to ensure The Buyer is able to install the machine smoothly and use it normally. If need our technical install the machine to go factory, the buyer need book the hotel and take the round tickets for our technical. The technical commission 100USD/day (as from departure china to departure buyer's factory).
