Product Description

1. PLC checking function: through PLC online checking function to
    self-checking and alarm for running stoppage, and show the reason
    of  stoppage in order that the operator remedy it in time.

Working Principle:

1, Thermoforming:

The PVC/PE film into the forming area after preheating mold -- > forming mold blowing mold -- >blow film forming.

2, Filling:

6 filling heads, forming suppository for one-time embedded type filling, filling accuracy + / - 2%, material barrel has electric heating insulation system, with stirring motor at the top to make the drug in a uniform state, material barrel pump into the drugs by the high precision of filling head, filling a residual drugs through the other end of the cycle to the raw material filling barrel again next time.
 
3, Cooling:

Drugs into the cooling racks after the whole filled, external cooling box is equipped with water chiller, cooling air through the cooling box of four condenser suppository of cooling rack to cool.

4. Sealing and Cutting:

After cooling of the solid suppository into the sealing area:
preheating mold -- -- > the sealing mould -- - > code mold. And then to shear a set of finished product for 5 and 6 grain (be) according to customer's requirements.

1. The PLC of run through PLC on-line monitoring function can breakdown self check alarm and show the cause of the problem simultaneously convenient operator timely troubleshooting
 
2. The filling part is equipped with electrostatic removal system
Note: by filling part molding shell before because drugs in filling, if do not contain the equipment when in close to the plug shell top part can be in under the action of electrostatic force along the shell wall climb a small piece of which could reach the plug sealing parts, thus will affect the back of the sealing quality.
 
3. The mixing barrel of speed regulating system
Note: due to different drug matrix consistency may be fixed mixing effect cannot make drugs before filling mix so as to affect the drug content in finished product suppository.
 
4. Cooling speed regulating system
Note: due to the different ingredient may need different cooling rate; Low cooling speed is too slow will led to the decrease of the efficiency of the whole machine; When the cooling rate is too high may lead to drug failure due to sudden temperature drop so cooling speed can be adjusted.
 
5. Adjustable shearing grain number system
Note: according to customer requirements can be easily set finished product grain number such as 4/5/6/7. This machine can produce.
