Main Application:
This machine is a device of making Chinese traditional herbal medicine pill, chemical pills (such as adsorbent pill), and pet feed pills. The machines can make pills from φ0.5-12mm or 1g~11g, such as watered pill, water-honey bolus, honeyed bolus, condensed pill and Tibetan medical pill etc. 

The working principles

Well mixed materials were put into the feed inlet firstly. Under the pushing force of  helical impeller, the mixed material are transformed into strips with a certain length. Each strip has the same diameter. They through guiding wheel tracks. When the strips tough the two cutters, which is rubbed into similar pills.
