Working Principle:
The process begins by positively pressing rolled plastic sheet materials (PVC or PVC/PE) to shape them, leading seamlessly into the filling procedure. Here, the drug fluid is expertly stirred and precisely dosed into multi-strip iso-segments via a high-precision dosing pump. The material transitions from fluid to solid through repeated low-temperature stereotyping, ultimately forming end-product suppositories through molding, sealing, and batch processing, achieving a flawless finish.
