Main Application: This machine is a large device of making Chinese traditional medicine pills. It is specialized in making pills of 1g~11g, such as watered pill, water-honey bolus,honeyed bolus, condensed pill and Tibetan medical pill etc. , which are also called big honeyed boluses.
As there are more clients producing pure honeyed boluses, it is mainly designed to make those big honeyed boluses whose proportion is 1:0.9-1.3. Operating Principles:
Its operating principles are similar to series Model 16 and Model 17 making-pill machines. However, there are some special designs on several parts, e.g. speed control of strip outlet, rubbing-pill and oil sprinkling etc. As a result, it improves some shortcomings in the production of big honeyed bolus, such as ill deviation of pills, hard-to-control, unsteadiness, over-many operating persons, not round shape etc. Indeed, it is an ideal product to replace the tradi tional one and it has been used by many clients with a good result.
There are two kinds of choice, manual or PLC control. And their modes and principles are basically same.
