This advanced machine harmoniously blends traditional Chinese medicine refining techniques with modern pill-making capabilities. It specializes in the production of a variety of pill forms, including watered pills, water-honeyed boluses, condensed pills, and Tibetan medicinal preparations.
Operating Principles:
Firstly, medicinal powders are meticulously combined with binders such as water, honey, decoctions, or liquid extracts. In the refining-drug bin on the equipment's left side, these materials are expertly refined and transformed into uniform strip materials with optimal softness, hardness, and consistency. Subsequently, these strips are conveyed to the material bin at the right corner of the pill-making machine, where they are extruded into slender strips. These strips are then cut into granules and quickly rolled into pills at high speed.
Electronics Control:
State-of-the-art photoelectric sensors send digital signals that precisely and synchronistically control the speed, effectively preventing stretching or piling.
